How would you explain your job to a child?
I onboard and input new starters’ data onto the portal and set them up for payroll with New Red Planet. I answer client and contractor queries on the phone and by email.
- What do you like most about your job?
I like that I can speak to different people every day and help them by advising on their queries. The office environment also makes the job enjoyable because we all have a laugh and get on well together.
- What does a typical day look like for you and what are you currently working on?
I open contractor accounts by recording new starter information and maintain contractor records by updating account information as required. I respond to customer queries via phone or email. I work with my colleagues to maintain an electronic filing system and keep it up to date.
